Richard Isaacs is the President and founder of Allegiance Financial Group in Woodland Hills, California. Richard has over 30 years of Investment Industry experience, including six years as a Senior Bank Executive responsible for the growth and operation of Brokerage Divisions. Richard Isaacs holds FINRA Series 7, Series 24, Series 31, Series 63, and Series 65 securities registrations through LPL Financial, Member FINRA, SIPC. In addition, he holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Certification (AIF) along with resident and non-resident Life/Health Insurance licenses in multiple states. Richard has spoken at national investment conferences and published articles on personal finance. He is active in his service to the community and has done extensive work with children's charities. His greatest joy remains his family.
